By accessing or using Market Brief (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Market Brief is a web-based platform that enables users to track U.S. economic and market data, build custom charts, and export professional deliverables. Data is sourced from publicly available U.S. government agencies.
You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You may not share your account or create multiple accounts. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The Service is offered at $39.99 per year or $4.99 per month. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice; price changes do not affect active subscription periods.
New users receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features. No payment information is required. The trial ends automatically after 14 days with no obligation.

Data displayed in Market Brief is sourced from publicly available U.S. government agencies and is provided on an “as-is” basis. The Service is NOT investment advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. You should not make financial decisions based solely on data from this Service. Consult a qualified financial advisor for investment decisions.
You retain full ownership of your exported files, saved charts, and custom configurations. Market Brief retains ownership of the platform, user interface, underlying technology, and all related intellectual property. The Service is licensed, not sold.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms with notice. Account data is deleted within 30 days of termination.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Brief shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Market Brief from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
